Recently, we confirmed that civilization exists outside the bounds of DC when we found ourselves in Potomac, Maryland at Tami’s Table. Modern Times Coffehouse is located below the Politics and Prose bookstore, which is off of Connecticut Avenue near the 495 junction. It’s a little bit out there.
